Set in post-Katrina New Orleans, this multifaceted drama follows the frustrating trials and tribulations of the devastated city's determined residents, such as trombonist Antoine (Wendell Pierce), Mardi Gras Indian Chief Albert (Clarke Peters) and restaurant owner Janette (Kim Dickens).

Created by David Simon ("The Wire") and Eric Overmyer, this musician-centered HBO original series also stars Steve Zahn, John Goodman and Melissa Leo.
