I was really excited :happyface to learn about a new in depth book that is all about the Rhoda series, but then I was shocked to learn that it costs $59.95!

Maybe the price will come down? Has anybody read or seen this book before?

I was disappointed, I would love to read it, but I would not be willing to pay more than $25.00 or so.

This book originally came out in January 1995, and has been long oop, as well as never in stock. Apparently there is an updated 2010 edition. Anyway I've never seen the book in stores, and am seeing the picture of it for the first time on amazon. I imagine a limited number of books were printed. Still 59.00 is a little steep for a book about a tv series. Theres only one available from an amazon seller.

I agree, 60 bucks for a book is too steep.

It's supposed to be over 500 pages, which makes it a pretty sizeable book.

Anyone read it yet?

Here's the author's Facebook page:

And the book's Amazon page...

^ Maybe your local library has a copy that could be checked out.

That would be the best solution. But since there aren't even any copies available on Abe Books, I doubt anyone short of the Library of Congress has a copy.

If not your local public library, try a local college or university if you have one close by. They may be able to interlibrary loan it for you, just like a public library may be able to as well :) You never know what you may find ...

I broke down and ordered Rhoda Revisited. I'll post a review after I get a chance to read it.

It seems hard to come by...B&N and Amazon don't list it, and I couldn't find it in our circle of libraries using JerseyCat.
