Logo has acquired all five seasons of British sitcom "Absolutely Fabulous." The comedy, starring Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley as an aging pair of fad-addled Londoners, ran on the BBC from 1992 to 1996, with a revival and specials airing from 2001 to 2004.

"This irreverent series about the ultimate anti-heroes changed the face of comedy and fits beautifully with Logo's fierce programming," said Logo programming head Marc Leonard.

The show will begin airing on Logo in a weekend marathon on April 16, and will move to a permanent timeslot on the net every Thurs. at 10 p.m. EST.

This show is perfect for Logo- I wish they would add more comedies of this type- Such "over the top" fun.

Never heard of the channel,but I looked and see that I get it.It's good that they are going to air the show,however they are probably going to edit so much out of it(afterall these stations put commercials before viewers).I'd much rather see it on something like PBS especially since this is a show that was originally made by the commercial free BBC and runs a full half hour uncut.
