All we know is the SyFy Channel is planning to continue their tradition of creating low-budget homages to those b movies of the 50’s with some stars that can really deliver the cheesiness and camp.

The cable network is set to announce a new slate of original movies on Tuesday (03/22/2011), including Bigfoot, which will star The Partridge Family’s Bonaduce opposite another 1970s sitcom icon, Barry Williams (The Brady Bunch) as they hunt for the mountain creature.

A Partridge and a Brady hunting for Bigfoot. If that's not the formula for a cheesy movie I don't know what is!! :lol:

Seriously, though, this sounds like very cheesy fun. It's like the movie with Tiffany and Debbie Gibson that they showed, Mega Python Vs. Gatoroid; all done tongue in cheek with lots of references to the ladies songs and even a completely inappropriate and unnecessary catfight between the two (it was a draw, btw).

That will probably be the sequel!! (We all know how Hollywood loves sequels these days! :rolleyes:)
