You can definitely tell that this is Jennifer Aniston in her dad, John's, arms. John was starring on the now-defunct CBS soap opera Love of Life at the time. He was on that show from 1975-78, on the also now-defunct CBS/NBC soap opera Search For Tomorrow from 1978-84, and has been wreaking havoc as Victor Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives on and off since 1985.

It's also obvious that this father and daughter have a very close relationship!
