“The Fresh Prince of Bel Air”: One of the last great theme songs. It certainly helped to have one of the hottest artists in music, Will Smith, as the show’s star.

I agree, although Home Improvement had good opening music, even though that's not a song.

And Everybody Loves Raymond made a good move using The Steve Miller Band's Jungle Love in its later years.

I love the theme song and it's definitely one of the best! Fresh Prince is on now, and I can't even believe I am admitting this, but when the theme song came on I found myself dancing along to it!

I don't think Will Smith is a great singer.

I like a lot of current theme songs (Community, 30 Rock, Parks & Rec, Happy Endings). The shorter run times mean shorter theme songs but I think the theme music for those shows are all great and do a good job of setting the mood for the show.

Wanda At Large featuring Wanda Sykes in 2003 on Fox had a great theme rap song in their credits. I loved the instrumental at the end during the closing credits. Mathematics (I think that was the rapper should release a full length version of that).

Out All Night featuring Patti LaBelle (show was produced by Fresh Prince producers) had a great theme song as well. I wish Patti made that into a track.

Living Single had another good one, along with Clarissa Explains It All.

Kenan and Kel and Cousin Skeeter both had the best 90's theme song back in the day.
