“Family Guy’s” Seth MacFarlane, who worked with Charlie Sheen when Sheen did a guest turn on “Family Guy” last year, has weighed in on who would make a good replacement for Sheen on “Two and a Half Men,” James Hibberd reports in Entertainment Weekly.
MacFarlane’s choice: Sam Rockwell, known for his roles in “Confessions of a Dangerous Mind” and other films.
MacFarlane also said it may be tough for the CBS sitcom to continue without Sheen, adding: “My personal experience with Charlie on ‘Family Guy’ was perfectly pleasant. But given the circumstances, I do think [Warner Bros.] made the right choice.”
