...this potentially offensive wheeze:

"How many Japanese does it take to start an earthquake?"
"Ten million people and one bottle of sake."

{You're right, I don't understand that one, either}

its pretty common for tasteless comics to come up with insensitive jokes for almost every tragedy that happens in the world, it isn't right but someone is going to do it.

...at least they get remembered for being "that guy" and hopefully it sticks next time someone has to make a decision as to which writer has to get let go when they need to make cuts.

Not only is it not a funny "joke", but I find it more offensive that he's bringing up something that happened decades ago in another generation. I hardly find it "fair" that the Japanese are suffering this now. Especially considering that the U.S. got their "revenge" (if that's how he's taking this) with Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

If this were happening in North America right now, then what would his "joke" be? It would be as if it were the end of the world - which I'm sure it is to them. It's no better than jokes made against the U.S. after 9/11. So shut the F*%$ Up Alec. Maybe he should be a guest on Sheen's web show instead of tweeting his own dribble.

If I said what I really feel, TJ and Janice would banish me for life!! So I'll just limit it to this:

*$&#*@&^$*%*@(!&*!($**((@&&^$^!^$%@@#@$!!!

There - glad I got that off my chest.

I just found another tweet by him on his previous tweet.

"Yesterday death toll = 200. Today = 10 thousand. I am sorry for my insensitive tweet. It's gone."
