I ordered The Snoop Sisters and let me tell ya. This is the last time I'm buying from Amazon Canada. They shipped the dvd using DHL International and the delivery guy didn't even ring the door bell. Just left a note. So I have to wait until they re-deliver. What a joke.

You've had some bad luck with Amazon as of late. Was someone at home when the package arrived?? I've shoppend with Amazon Canada and havent had any problems and I live in Texas. They did ring the doorbell and I signed for package. But when shopping from Amazon Canada ...I tend to wait for summer since I know they use DHL and require signature....I am at work during the fall and spring and not here to accept the package.

Yeah, you're right. I have had some bad luck with them. My mom was there and she opened the door. He just got in his truck and left. She couldn't believe he didn't turn around and come back.

A few years ago, when I bought stuff from Amazon Canada, they used DHL and they just left the package in my mailbox. It was easier that way. Now, they require a signature which causes a delay if you're not home. I'm just annoyed because he could've saved us both some trouble had he not ignored my mom. She was calling out to him and he just got into his truck. ticked:

That sounds like my experience with FedEx. the guy knocked on the door and I got there in about 15 seconds. He was already climbing back into his truck. I yelled at the top of my lungs for him to come back. He did, but I reported him to his boss anyway. 15 seconds what a joke.

See i am torn with DHL. On one hand DHL gets your packages to your place fast..considering I am getting them from canada but yet you have to be there to sign for the package which can be rough... youre not sure if you should go out and might miss getting your package.

Wow..thats not good. UPS is so weird too..most of the guys just ring the doorbell and leave the package on your door. Last night when I received my Coach DVD the guy rang the doorbell but waited to hand deliever it to me.

I started having DVD's delivered to my job to avoid situations like having a note posted on my door

That's a great idea. I'm gonna try that next time. I'm hoping the dvd will be delivered today. What a hassle just to get a dvd.
