"Doctor Who" Finally Gets a Return Date

After keeping us guessing for what seems like an eternity, BBC America has finally set a date for the new season of "Doctor Who".
EW reports that the British sci-fi hit returns on April 23 and unveiled this snazzy new poster for the show.
When the show returns, the Doctor (Matt Smith), Amy Pond (Karen Gillan) and Rory (Arthur Darvill) will find themselves in truly alien territory -- America.
As hardcore "Who" fans learned last fall, the new season will begin with a two-parter that brings Amy, Rory and the Doctor to America. They'll find themselves in the 1960s, answering a "secret summons that takes them on an adventure from the desert in Utah right to the Oval Office itself," according to an October press release from BBC America.
