i remember watching that! It was called "baby talk," he joined the cast when it came back midseason (they had gotten rid of all the cast except for the baby, who was voiced by tony danza.) I liked the show better when he joined it; it only lasted one season. it was on ABC, i think part of the T.G.I.F. lineup.
