Eyes and nose are different. The bottom person's nose is differently shaped, ever so slightly hooked.
Also, both men have a different hairline. Note the temple hairline area of both men. The David L. Keep (top photo)'s temple hairline is generally flat; The man in the bottom photo has a very pointed hairline. Could be a difference in haircut, perhaps. But while they look very similar, no doubt, there's something different. I'd have to see two photos of the two men from the same angle to be sure. It's hard to tell for sure since not only are both photos from different angles, but also, their heads are cocked differently in both.

I don't use the mugshot picture because his head is straight in the Mugshot photo and plus he's not smiling in the Mugshot photo. Sometimes people look totally different in the face if they are turned a little or are smiling and he is doing both. So, I found a young picture of him when he was smiling in almost the same exact headcocked position. Look at his mouth...the way he grins. Look at the shape of his chin. His hair to me falls in the same way in the young photo I found and in the Myspace photo, it's just shorter in the Myspace photo. But to me, his mouth is a dead giveaway. Just look at the funny way he grins...it's exactly the same way in the Myspace photo. I'm sorry, but I can't help but to keep looking back and forth from mouth to mouth because it looks SO identical. Even the eyes and eyebrows to me are similar. The only reason his eyes look different is because he has a light in the middle of his eyes in the Myspace photo, making it look different than the young photo.
