I remember a case, I don't remember all the details about it, but I supected the mother and her son were involve of the disapearence of his former wife or his ex-girlfriend. The son's mother met the former wife at a public parking lot by a department store. They all got into the car when they were driving the mother and the ex wife were arguing about the son. It all had to do some sort of custody battle about visitation rights.

The case is the disappearance of Wendy Camp, her daughter Cynthia Britto, and Wendy's sister-in-law Lisa Kreger. One day, Wendy, Cynthia, and Lisa went to Wendy's ex-husband, Chad Noe's house to visit their son, Jonathon. There was a rather bitter feud between the two families and while Chad's mother was driving the three home, they apparently were too annoying and she dropped them off at a Wal-mart and vanished. Many, however, believe that the three were all murdered while at the Noe home, and the story was a cover-up. Sadly, they have never been found and no one has been arrested:(.
