By that,I mean "Star Trek"was only moderately popular during its original NBC network run,(NBC,1966-1969),but became popular again(even more so)AFTER its original network run.Can you name any more series that were moderately popular during their network run and became even more popular in syndication?

yes, but despite the impression you might get; "STAR TREK" was NEVER a big hit in the ratings. In fact it was almost cancelled twice.

Hee Haw (CBS; 1969-1971) and Baywatch (NBC; 1989-1990) each only lasted a season
or two on the network but ran for many years in first-run syndication.

Star Trek if I'm not mistaken, was the highest rated show (at least at its peak) among the 18-49 male demographic. However at the time, the ratings system only took for account total among of viewers.

What's Happening!! - it was a moderately popular show during its original ABC run, but saw greater success in reruns and even in new life in 1st-run syndication w/ What's Happening Now!!

The Jetsons - original 1960s run lasted 1 season on ABC, reran for many years thereafter, then returned for new 1st-run syndication episodes from 1985-87 and still rerun to this day.

The Monkees - lasted 2 seasons on NBC originally, then was reran almost constantly.

Both of those are different as they moved to original syndication, not that their reruns were stripped inn syndication.

I think Nanny & the Professor (ABC) qualifies. A short run overall, but not forgotten and certainly successful in syndication.
