I think that was the only other human Endorra ever put a spell on. As far as I know.

She cast a spell on every new person Darrin met to hate him in Season 3 (she sat in the corner, invisible, and rang a bell whenever he encountered someone new to make the spell work). I can't think of any more at the moment.
