To me, the real shark jumping moment was when Jesse and Becky tied the knot. I say this because with Becky as the girls' surrogate mother figure, Joey really became a fifth wheel in the household (with four adult/parental figures). Also, it kind of screwed with the initial Three Men and a Baby-esque premise by having a chick help raise Danny's kids. Plus, they had to contrive an excuse for why Jesse and Becky still lived in Danny's house.

Agreed, to me certain shows jump the shark when someone gets married or they have a baby or add another one and sometimes it adds more umphh to keep it goin a few more seasons. But i think it goes downhill moreso

I think Becky is what kept the show going for 8 seasons in a way. Who wants to watch Jesse hook up with a new girl every other episode? I watched "Half A Love Story" the other day which was about Jesse and some random girl and was bored out of my mind. We never saw the girl again and most episodes where Joey dates girls once and we never see them again bore me. I don't think the show would have made it 8 seasons if one of the guys didn't get tied down and I think Jesse was the perfect choice and Becky was the perfect woman to do it with.
I dont think the show ever jumped the shark. 8 seasons in and the show was still very watchable and could have went on for a 9th season. The absense of Steve kind of brought down season 8 though because DJ was dating Viper and Nelson who were absolutely useless. They made DJ pretty boring in season 8, either she was dating someone or she was a sidekick to Kimmy's plots., "Under The Influence" and "Taking The Plunge. The only good episode she had that season was "Up On The Roof".
I was perfectly okay with the twins. I didn't care for then all that much as characters (only because they were babies), but I dont think they brought down the show. Like I said I don't think the show jumped the shark but if I had to pick a moment where it went downhill it would be when Steve left, just because his character leaving caused a few boring DJ Viper/Nelson storylines in season 8 that could have been used for something more interesting.
Also I could say Vicky joining the cast brought the show downhill a bit because I never cared for her and found her incredibly boring. I thought she added nothing to the show or for Danny's character because she had little to no personality. Once she left it picked back up for me though. I don't like the idea of Danny dating Gia's mom either and her and Stephanie becoming "sisters" but at least Claire had a personality and was interesting to watch on screen.

I loved Becky on Full house.I think the show.Would of worked with or with out her.But i was glad she was there.I don't think it affected the show in a bad way at all.If anything it was a welcomed change.
Steve leaving and Dj dating Viper and Nelson was dumb though.I agree with that.
The twins really didn't do much. They added to the cuteness factor i guess though.

The show did jump at this point. I remember I was 9 back in early 1992 when they were born. I'm pretty sure they were born that year. I never had my parents record the show for me after that point at the conclusion of the season. They'd record it anytime they could becuase I had to be in bad at that time. The show was still great, it just started changing at that point.
It jumped, but it was not ready to be cancelled. They still had a few more great seasons and had some really good episodes.
