I know this is kinda off topic of the golden girls but did anyone watch betty whites newest movie???? it was one of her best movies and frankly in the top five of her best televison career. It seases to amaze me that she can go from funny as heck to sad and serious? For those of you who missed it its about Caroline Thomas(played by Betty). Her husband went mia in ww2 and a local news reporter helped her find him.At the end they find out that he was killed saving a small japaneese child in a shooting and was buried under a rock. They brought him back and thats when it became a real tearjerker. As their bringing the casket in, she stops them and lays her head on the casket and starts crying. The only bad part of this movie is that they didnt even give Betty one funny line. But still a great movie and another outstanding preformance by betty:)

I loved this movie!! I also was crying at the end of the movie...........Great Movie. Going to get it on dvd, amazon has it...........

I cried alot there too it never seaces to amamze me that betty can go from completly funny to serious

It was a good movie. Really sad, esp. at the end. I was crying my eyes out.
