Did they do any guest starring roles on any OTHER comedy series of the 1970's -today?

Donna has a nice fairly sizable part "as herself" in a 1999 episode of THE NANNY. In it she supposedly owns the Beverly Hills mansion the Sheffields are considering buying. She appears ala Elly in jeans and curled blonde hair and looks good for her 66 years.

I think this is the only post-BH sitcom appearance of either Donna or Max. Neither one of them did much tv after the show ended; they were probably too linked to their iconic Hillbilly images for a lot of casting directors to consider them in other roles, back in the 1970's it was much harder to break away from a star's famous image than it is today when tv shows and the like now love to cast people AGAINST their image.

Max(Jethro) could get work for 3 years because he was type cast. Nobody wanted a 35 year old Jethro. Then he produced the movies O'd To Billy Joe and Macon County line and they made him rich.
