And which closing themes did you like-1)the late Bernard Herrmann's very eerie closing theme or 2)The familiar closing theme by Marius Constant?For question 1,I liked both opening themes ,as well as the modified version of opening 1(with the eye,and the line).I didn't really care for the other 2.As for question 2,the second closing by Marius Constant was okay,I liked the first season very eerie closing theme by the late Bernard Herrmann better,and wish they'd used that closing theme in every episode.What are your favorite openings and closing themes?Feel free to post.

I prefer the first theme by Herrmann myself. It's nicely orchestrated, and I'm a bit tired of the Constant theme, especially as much as it's repeated as the definitive TZ theme.

They changed themes for the same reason a lot of shows do, to keep the show from getting stale.

Rezny, it isn't necessary to say "The Late" Bernard Hermann so many times and Marius Constant is also deceased in case you're not aware of that.

I like all the themes but prefer the one from seasons 4 & 5. I also love the 80's theme by The Grateful Dead.

I think I like the first one best, it sorts of sets the tone better for the show - gets you in a mood to be either frightened or amazed.
