In the very beginning Daphne was animated, cheerful, funny. But then toward the end she was irritable most of the time, grumpy, sarcastic, seemingly just going thru the motions of a job until the show ended.

Has anyone else noticed that? And if so, why do you think.

I agree somewhat, yes she became more sarcastic, but that was because she evolved as a character. She knew the crane's much more. IMO :)

Yeah, Everyone on the show evolved a good amount.

That's what cleaning up constantly, doing the laundry and cooking for 3 bachelors (let's face it, even when married to Maris, Niles was basically "a bachelor" :lol:) will do to a gal.

Especially when initially she was just hired as the senior Crane's RMT! ;)
