Live from New York, it's Miley Cyrus!

Cyrus, 18, will host Saturday Night Live for the first time on March 5, PEOPLE has confirmed.

The singer-actress, who recently wrapped the movie So Undercover costarring, will show off her comedic chops but not her vocal skills: A separate musical guest will join Cyrus that night.

And the big question remains: Will Cyrus appear on The Miley Cyrus Show, a sketch where SNL castmate Vanessa Bayer parodies the young star? That would be, like, pretty cool!

Oh, I'm sure that if Cyrus hosts, they'll do "The Miley Cyrus Show" skit with Vanessa Bayer. Typically, SNL will have the hosts participate in parodies. Remember when Britney Spears played an ex-mouseketeer who claimed to have originally dated Justin Timberlake and set Britney's hair on fire, as she smoked a cigarette??

other people on other websites are acting like that its the end of life as we know it because miley is going to host the show but i dont see anything wrong with letting her host the show after all snl has been booking hot names for 36 seasons and lweather you like her or not miley is a big name now and besides she might do better than i or other people think so why not ive seen many hosts who look like shoo ins to be great bomb big time and thab ive seen others who we may whine about how rotten of a host they are going to be and they do a great job so i say give her a chance
