I hope they keep Mayim. She's hilarious and it's good to see her character every few episodes. I like the female characters on this show -- there's a good balance in terms of personalities, I think.

I hope they invite Mayim back next season as well... she's perfect for Sheldon! :lol:

I love this show but it starting to jump the shark i hope she never comes back she spoils the show in my opinion.Sheldon doesn't need a partner or love interest why kill the show tell the non funny comedian hack to go back to Blossom. She is almost as awful as that guy who couldn't talk that bothered me on the show.He was the unfunny actor ever on a sit com.

I love the show but I agree. They are getting to many female characters on the show. What made the show funny was one sexy dumb blonde surrounded by four geeks. Penny who made the show what it is has almost taken a back seat to everyone else's love interest and in some cases seems like a supporting role.

She tweeted awhile back that she was definitely returning for season 5.

Mayim Bialik I hope comes back for the next season I do she an amazing addition to an already great show. She and Jim Parsons play so well off each other giving week after week of hiliarous moments. It would be a shame if she didn't return. :(

I think Amy and Sheldon have a good dynamic, but I would say season 5 should be her last. For her to stay, she would have to have a love interest with one of the other guys which really doesn't seem likely.

That's true. It was believed for awhile that maybe she and Sheldon would hook up but that of course didn't happen and instead decided to keep the relationship professional so why keep her around? Not unless they are doing like the Leonard/Penny situation and building to the fact that her and Sheldon will eventually get together but I don't see that coming to light any time soon. Oh, well I guess we will find out when the new season begins.
