I think Nancy Kulp could have had a very solid career as a character actress in her 70's and 80's had she lived that long. :rip:

Miss Jane was always one of my favorite characters on 'The Beverly Hillbillies'.

I did not realize she was that old when she passed.

Such a great character actress. She really deserved an Emmy for Miss Jane but alas for much of the show's run the Best Supporting Comedy Actress award did not exist. She was nominated in 1966 and lost to the equally wonderful but very different Frances Bauvier (also her only nomination). I would hate to pick between Miss Jane and Aunt Bea - they both deserved Emmy awards!!

She was awsome as Miss Jane!
