I did not understand the Leslie is dating Screech plotline in this episode of the college years. In real life, it would seem that a boyfriend like Screech would impress people like Leslie's parents, wouldn't he?

I think that is why Leslie wanted Screech to play along. If he played down the wackiness, maybe he would have been more of a catch. |
