What do you like best about Jo?

What do I like best well that she tough and doesn't like to dress or act so girly girly (I love her army shirt). Also that she doesn't take any lip from anyone.

I like everything about Jo.

Well, I'll try to break the trend and not say everything, although there were few things that I didn't like about Jo.
I liked Jo's sense of humor and comebacks. I liked Jo's ability to be herself and not follow the crowd in order to fit in. I liked the fact that Jo had a tough exterior, but once she trusted people she was very open and considerate. Jo's the best!

She's streetsmart and she minds her own business.

everything...and the fact that she is independent and has guts. ((Can't forget that she is played by Nancy McKeon)) ;)

I like her humor and sarcasm, and the fact that she was strong and tough but also really sensitive.

That accent.

That she never put a guy over her girlfriends.

She seemed more down to earth and realistic than the other characters.

She didn`t take anybody`s crap.

(no offense to big Jo fans---I do like the character, I just love season 1 so much, and she really did make her mark coming on board in season 2 for the show's makeover, so I like how she was brought in then and not there from the very beginning)

Not a huge fan of Jo, to be honest. The show already had a tomboy character. Then the producers decided to rip off "Little Darlings" by adding a tomboy character who steals a van and bickers with the Rich Girl.

On the episodes where Jo is the center of the show and needs to grow in some way, Nancy McKeon shines. But in other episodes, she comes across like a female version of Fonzie.
