Archie is amused when a lonely butcher, whose wife died a year ago, is attracted to Edith. But when his friend Barney's wife deserts Barney, Archie snaps back to reality in "Love Comes to the Butcher."

Folks, I know of people that this has happened to. The husband was a good, decent man, who didn't abuse his wife. But he often ignored her, or at least didn't pay much attention to her. And then, one day, she went off with a man who would pay attention to her.

Fortunately, our man Archie recovers in time.
