I'm hearing rumors he wants to quit the show after this season.

This is a JOKE. If Leno quits, I will dip into my trust fund and give every single sitcomsonline.com member with more than 200 posts $1,000. Period.

...and executives who aren't as desparate as Jeff Zucker was to hold onto the network's "aging" talent at ANY cost, I suspect IF Jay Leno tells the network, "I'm thinking of quitting after this year", they'll probably say to him, "Who's stopping you? We've already got Jimmy Fallon lined up to take your place, and 'LATE NIGHT' is going to fronted by Tom Papa. Don't worry, we'll give you a nice sendoff next May. Now, get out of here, we're busy!!".

He should especially since his BOY Kevin left. It's no longer the same and i see point in the show continuing

I agree. It's not the same without Kevin around. :(

good riddance! it's a shame Conan had to get screwed out of the Tonight Show....but Jay has killed it, probably best he has his own show now, it's way better.

I would hope that Conan wouldn't want anything to do with The Tonight Show after the way they treated him. I don't know how well his TBS show is doing in the ratings, but it seems to be doing well.
