This episode was on today, on WGN America, and I just couldn't figure it out. When Bubba and Virgil and Jody confront Missy about the bodies, and ask to see the father... you can hear the "father" in the room yelling. This couldn't have been Jody at the time because he was on the porch with Bubba and Virgil. Was there a tape recorder or something in there? Can someone please just give me a whole overview of how they came to the conclusion as to why "Pigwoman" was murdered... and just the whole case. Thanks a lot, and long live Heat!

It was apparently a recording. That nurse, Missy was going along with Jody's scheme. Jody killed the pigwoman, I think, because she knew he was pretending to be his father.
