Has anyone ever sold used DVD's to FYE? I know they buy them, but I'm curious what kind of cash I'd be receiving. I have a few TV shows I've come to realize aren't as re-watchable on DVD for me, and/or are too expensive to complete, and others I would like to purchase their newer editions. eBay seems like a drag to handle, so I've come here to ask about anyone's experience in selling used DVD's at FYE.

It might be a drag as you say but eBay is probably where you'll get the most money. FYE will be looking to make a profit off anything they buy from you so you can expect very little from them. I would check completed items on eBay (highest prices first) and then based on that, list each one using the buy it now or best offer option. This will give you a chance to sell your dvds without having to wait on bids.

You're not the only one. I have several that are like that, namely "Dallas" and "Get Smart." I'd like to get rid of those myself.

i trad my cds and dvd to mcakys used book store. it great waytheirb lu rays are 12 to 15 buckssome are cheaper then they got one dolor dvd section. its great if you don't like cd or moive you can bring it back you only have twoweeks.

I work at a place where we sell used DVD's. We buy them as well. With movies we start at one dollar and go as high as five. For Blu Rays, I think its a few bucks more. For TV sets, collections etc. it varies. We buy them anywhere from 10 to 50 bucks, again depending on what it is. By the way we set and buy at what is reccomended on Amazon.
