I never got to see what happed to Fleacher. Someone fill me in!

He was played by 3 different actors and Fletcher only appeared in those 3 eps. His final appearance was in a season 7 eps. We never see or hear from him after that. Similar to Mother Winslow leaving after season 8. But she did reappear for the Christmas eps in season 9.
