VAN HALEN is back in the studio with frontman DAVID LEE ROTH.

New tracks the Jump hitmakers are recording will be part of their first album with Lee Roth in 27 years.

The singer last appeared on Van Halen's 1984.

The latest line-up is all about family - Roth joins Eddie and Alex Van Halen and Eddie's son Wolfgang. Original bassist Michael Anthony is no longer with the band.

About time!! Though a VH album still won't be the same without Michael Anthony. :(

I was a Van Halen fan for years. I supported this band through good times and bad times but I'm at the point now where I really don't care what they do. Van Halen has been a soap opera for far too long and I'm just not interested anymore.
