And I'm NOT watching the damn Super Bowl this year, not even one second!

View Full Version : The Stealers STOLE the AFC Championship! MrCleveland 01-23-2011, 10:54 PM And I'm NOT watching the damn Super Bowl this year, not even one second! So if the Stealers win it all...my year WILL be ruined! Brian Damage 01-23-2011, 11:00 PM how did they steal it? bandito 01-23-2011, 11:06 PM how did they steal it?I thought they dominated the 1st half, but really sucked the 2nd. Good question, Brian. I'd like to know how they stole it too. Schmoopie 01-23-2011, 11:25 PM Well they are called the Steelers, and to me that implies a lot more than just the steel industry. There is no team I hate more than Pittsburg! MrCleveland 01-23-2011, 11:37 PM Well they are called the Steelers, and to me that implies a lot more than just the steel industry. There is no team I hate more than Pittsburg! Thanks...and in my honest opinion, The Stealers are NOW the Yankees of the NFL because of their domination of the AFC and NFL. I live in the Rival city of Bitchburgh, as you can tell from my user name and the location where I'm at. (We're STILL considered the Mistake-on-the-Lake according to the Sports Scene). Another Hint: It's the name of the show Betty White's now in.... Dork 01-23-2011, 11:41 PM Steelers will win the Superbowl in a blow-out, I am a Vikings fan and I want the Packers to lose badly! Another Hint: It's the name of the show Betty White's now in.... Okay, I got a good question for you, as you probably remember, the Steelers-Seahawks Superbowl that the Steelers won the Superbowl thanks to the help of the refs, now what about the Steelers-Cardinals Superbowl, do you think the Steelers stole the Superbowl away from the Cardinals or did the Steelers won the Superbowl fair and square? Waterston_Fan 01-24-2011, 01:08 AM Well, it was strange 2nd half for the Packers and Steelers. Both teams sucked in the 2nd half and I kinda think if the Jets had a good QB, they would have beaten them. catlover79 01-24-2011, 01:59 AM My opinion about the Super Bowl? Mr. Television 01-24-2011, 02:02 AM Steelers win their 7th SB in Cowboys Stadium...my worst nightmare. lol Marvo301 01-24-2011, 02:06 AM Steelers win their 7th SB in Cowboys Stadium...my worst nightmare. lol Don't worry about Sonny. I expect the Packers to win. Dork 01-24-2011, 03:17 AM Don't worry about Sonny. I expect the Packers to win. Why would you expect the Packers to win? The Steelers have experience in the Superbowl and the Packers does not so that is a factor that I think the Steelers is going to win browneyes106 01-24-2011, 04:57 AM I think the Packers can beat the Steelers in the SB. The Steelers didn't steal the AFC Championship. MrCleveland 01-24-2011, 07:27 AM I just REALLY hate The Stealers with a passion, they can't lose...like The Damn Yankees! Zoneboy 01-24-2011, 07:38 AM Why would you expect the Packers to win? The Steelers have experience in the Superbowl and the Packers does not so that is a factor that I think the Steelers is going to win The Packers have no experience in the Super Bowl? That's like saying the Yankees have no experience in the World Series. MrCleveland 01-24-2011, 08:04 AM Okay, I got a good question for you, as you probably remember, the Steelers-Seahawks Superbowl that the Steelers won the Superbowl thanks to the help of the refs, now what about the Steelers-Cardinals Superbowl, do you think the Steelers stole the Superbowl away from the Cardinals or did the Steelers won the Superbowl fair and square? It always seems that the refs are for the Stealers, like the umps are for The Damn Yankees or The Red Sox! Teams with great markets get the favor...the ones with bad markets (like Cleveland) gets the **** You Deal! catlover79 01-24-2011, 09:12 AM Why would you expect the Packers to win? The Steelers have experience in the Superbowl and the Packers does not so that is a factor that I think the Steelers is going to win Ummm, the Packers won the SB in 1997 and went back the next year but lost to the Broncos. http://sportshl.com/football/Jake_Downey_KCOY_Sportscast_1997_Super_Bowl_31_Packers_35_Patriots_21_/1000808 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mjfr7uK4uPk Dork 01-24-2011, 09:23 AM The Packers have no experience in the Super Bowl? Eli Manning and some of the 2007 Giants didn't have experience in the SB and they beat the Patriots who had been in 3 previous SB's in previous years. Good point but I hope the Packers lose  browneyes106 01-24-2011, 04:38 PM Good point but I hope the Packers lose  I don't care for the Packers either but I dislike the Steelers more. I'll sort of be rooting for the Packers. MrCleveland 01-25-2011, 08:33 AM I just have a question... Are The Stealers the only thing IN Pittsburgh right now? catlover79 01-25-2011, 11:33 AM Yeah I know but I mean no experince with the current team Oh, I see. I misunderstood what you said. Tweety 01-25-2011, 10:30 PM The current era Packers have no experience in the SB but that doesn't mean they will lose. Eli Manning and some of the 2007 Giants didn't have experience in the SB and they beat the Patriots who had been in 3 previous SB's in previous years. Very true. I think the Giants only had a couple of guys on their roster that year who were on the previous Giants Super Bowl team (the team that lost to the Ravens in 2000). I know that WR Amani Toomer was on both Giant teams, as was Michael Strahan. Tweety 01-25-2011, 10:34 PM Being a Steeler fan since guys like Mean Joe Greene and Terry Bradshow joined the team, I'm rooting for the Steelers of course. HOWEVER... IF the Packers do somehow manage to win the game (certainly within the realm of possibility, they are a VERY good team), I can see at least one good thing coming out of that... Aaron Rodgers is an outstanding QB, and it would be nice to see him win a Super Bowl in Green Bay, just to show that Favre wasn't the only QB who could win there. In fact, I hope Rodgers eventually wins 2 Super Bowls in Green Bay, since Favre only won it once. I just don't want him winning it THIS year lol MrCleveland 01-25-2011, 11:40 PM Well, both the Packers and the Stealers have one loss in Super Bowls, Pittsburgh can't win them all...neither can Green Bay. I think both The Browns and The Lions should play a Friendly Game the Sunday before The Super Bowl, since neither of them will see a Super Bowl. a.rusty.catheter 01-26-2011, 02:47 PM Well, both the Packers and the Stealers have one loss in Super Bowls, Pittsburgh can't win them all...neither can Green Bay. I think both The Browns and The Lions should play a Friendly Game the Sunday before The Super Bowl, since neither of them will see a Super Bowl. What the hell for?? Do the Browns even know how to play football??? Why put them through the torture of losing to the Lions. The Browns are born losers. Oh wait, that explains why you root for them. bandito 01-26-2011, 07:03 PM Being a Steeler fan since guys like Mean Joe Greene and Terry Bradshow joined the team, I'm rooting for the Steelers of course. I'm thrilled the Steelers are going to the big show, when nobody gave them a chance this year. That said, If the Packers do win I won't be heatbroken, It's quite an acomplishment to make it this far, I'm proud of the Steelers. bandito 01-26-2011, 07:06 PM Well, both the Packers and the Stealers have one loss in Super Bowls, Pittsburgh can't win them all...neither can Green Bay.
