It's still unclear whether the project will incorporate original songs or create new, Jay-Z-ified tracks. Just my opinion, of course, but I was hoping that Will Smith would make a black version of "Ramona and Beezus," with him as Mr. Quimby, Jada Pinkett Smith as Mrs. Quimby, and his daughter Willow as Ramona; I don't know who would be Beezus, Aunt Bea, etc. I think that his son Jaden could be Howie Kemp.

The reason I said that is because I liked the original film, and I was wondering what it would be like if the Quimbys (and for that matter, all the rest of the denizens of Klickitat St.) were black.

Will's son Jaden is an ok actor but I agree he has been shoving him down people's throats. I like Jada but I can't her stand her TNT show Hawthorne.
