I don't know if this is true...or not, but former Rams Offensive Coordinator Pat Shurmur may be the 'Browns' new coach...and in 2013...he'll be kicked-out since that's what the 'Browns' tend to do!
PS-Is Shurmur a Conservative Coordinator (Not politcal, I mean as in calling-out plays) or a West Coast Coordinator?

Never heard of him. Of course, that may say more about me than him.

That is not a sexy pick at all
I never heard of this guy either, if he is hired then that is a suprise but that is a better hire than Marty Mornhinweg and that is saying something

Pat Shurmer IS the new 'Browns' Coach.
He has that West Coast Coaching in his blood, but I think he'll only last 2 years!

LOL@MrCleveland dissing the new Browns coach saying he'll only last 2 years hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. I agree with you. He won't last long. I'm surprised he was hired because i've never heard of him. I thought Mike Holmgren might hire somebody who's been a NFL coach before. The Browns will never be any good ever. It doesn't matter who's coaching them LOL.

Mike Holmgren is just setting it up so he can fire Shurmur part way through the season and then take over the coaching duties himself. As a former coach he is itching to get back on the sidelines but as a GM he has to make it look like he tried to find someone else to be the coach. So he hires someone not many people are familiar with and when the guy ends up being in over his head Holmgren conveniently has to take over because you can't do a search for a new coach in the middle of the season.
