The drama at County General runs higher than ever with new cases to treat as well as new faces joining the cast.

This season sees Neela (Parminder Nagra) and Gates's (John Stamos) relationship up in the air, Dr. Skye Wexler (Kari Matchett) joins the team to raise money for her world traveling obsession, some ghosts from the past resurface, and intern Paul Grady (Gil McKinney) signs on to the staff roster.
