Tough the show is great, it's raitings are not impressive, loosing alot of the lead in audience from The Big Bang Theory. Whats it's prospects of getting another season, even tough this season will only have 18 episodes. That 18 Episode season is very discuraging to me and only adds on to my fear of it will only have one season. What does the peanut gallery on here think of the show at this point???

I am not enamoured with it, my guess it'ss be canned after one season. JMO

With the exception of the episode where Ed and his son go on a double date -- which was really quite funny -- I'm not impressed with this show. Ed tries to come off as being cold and curmudgeonly, but he usually lapses into sentimentality.

I think the show has an interesting premise, but the lead character played by Shatner, is too tame for me.

I like the show very much. I would be happy for it to continue. I didn't like that many new comedies this year.

I wasn't sure if Shatner could carry a sitcom. But, having seen a few episodes, I think he is perfectly cast.
