(The NY Jets won the AFC Wild Card by beating the Indianapolis Colts 17-16.)

(Ralph & Ed arrive at the Kramden apartment.)

Ralph (yells): "WHAT A GAME ALICE! DID YOU SEE THAT FIELD GOAL?"

Alice: "Yes Ralph, I did. Talk about beating the odds."

Ralph: "What are you talking about? The Jets OWNED those Colts."

Alice: "Ralph, did you see a different game? I saw a game that was a real nail-biter."

Ed: "I have to agree with Alice there Ralph. I thought you were going to have a heart attack after the Colts scored that field goal."

Ralph: "What are you talking about Norton? I am fit as a fiddle."

Alice: "Yeah, if the fiddle was an elephant."

Ed: "Hahahahaha."

Ralph (yells): "SHUT UP!"

Ed: "Well, next week those Jets are going up against the Pats. The Pats are heavily-favored."

Ralph: "Yeah, too bad that BUM Tom Brady is going to lose. Norton, you and I are going down to the pool room next week and root for..."

Ed: "The Pats. It's UnAmerican to root against them."

Ralph: "You are a mental case. I want to go on down there and rub it in that poor, misguided soul, Joe Fenstablau. We should get those Jets to come to our Racoon meeting on Friday and give them a prep talk. I would do the talking. There is one thing that me and Rex Ryan have in common."

Alice: "It's..."

Ralph (yells): "DON'T SAY IT ALICE!"

Ed: "Hey, that's a wonderful idea Ralph. We are the right kind of people to get them fired up for the Pats. We are the right kind of people to help a football team."

Ralph: "It's time to root for the Jets."

Ralph & Ed (singing): "Meet the Jets, meet the Jets, Head for the park and greet the Jets. Hot dogs, green grass all out at NJ, Guaranteed to have a heck of a day. Because those Mets are really rockin' that ball, Hittin' those field goals over the goals. Long Island, New Jersey, Brooklyn, Queens, Uptown and Down, Let's Go Jets: that's the cheer all over New York town."

(Jackie Gleason walks on stage. Audience applauds.)

Jackie: "Thank you. GOOD NIGHT!"

(Audience cheers.)
