The intense second half of the first season continues to follow the struggles of four ambitious gymnasts -- underdog Emily (Chelsea Hobbs), spoiled Lauren (Cassie Scerbo), perfectionist Payson (Ayla Kell) and party girl Kaylie (Josie Loren) -- as the Olympic hopefuls train for success.

While Payson recuperates from her back injury and transfers to a regular high school, the other girls compete against the Chinese team at the Rock.
