I also heard that some of the shows(I don't know what ones, for sure),are not doing too well ,ratingswise.

I don't even know what channel it's on--and I don't want to know.As far as the ratings go,I'm not certain, but I think the whole channel is doing very poorly. In my opinion, the only reason 90+ percent of tv stations nowadays are on the air is only because cable and satellite carry them. Her station is no different.

I'm not interested in OWN and I don't watch it ever. I haven't liked Oprah Winfrey for a long time now.

...was more "stability" in their schedule...and less repeats. How many times can one sit though an umpteenth repeat of "OPRAH'S MASTER CLASS"? Or one of her re-edited daytime shows? For that matter, does anyone watch them more than once?? "THE ROSIE SHOW" is a step in the right direction...but limit her repeats to no more than once every day!

Usually I have had no use for OWN. It was nice when they aired Benson marathons a few years ago with complete closing credits. But those sadly didn't last long, once Benson was pulled for good I haven't watched OWN since. I saw the first two seasons of All Rise on CBS that will be moving to OWN. But season 2 was such a nosedive in quality, I won't be following All Rise to OWN.
