I recieved Season one of IDOJ for Christmas and on the back of Disc 4 it says that there is an audio commentary on the pilot episode. However, when I put in Disc 4 I can't seem to find out how to get to the audio commentary.
Can anyone help? It's the colorized version if that makes a difference.

Try going back to Disk One, and get to the menu. It should say "Audio Commentary On/Off".

It's the only commentary on that set, but you do have to be on the disk that contains the Pilot ("Lady in the Bottle").

it's confusing because on Disc 4 it says 'Special Features' & the commentary is listed under 'Special Features'.
