A guy named Stephen Baskin was watching the segment, and information that he garnered from it led him to believe that he was Charles Stubin's half-brother (DNA testing proved him right about this). Not much was found out other than that Charles Stubin's mother, Rose Wasserman, had died sometime before Charles was able to find her. Some old family photos were found among her belongings, but whether or not they ever proved helpful in any way is something that I really don't know at this point.

This happens to me all the time (the Tivo thing, not being abandoned at birth with a handkerchief). Set it to turn off a couple of minutes late - this has saved me much frustration, for I've missed the endings of dozens of updates. :)
