Harold Gould was a fine actor in his own right but Tom Bosley will always be Mr. C.

Considering Harold Gould played the role in one episode and Tom Bosley played the role for ten seasons it's hardly a fair comparison. That being said Tom Bosley will always be Mr. C to me.

Yeah, I think it's hard to really compare because Gould played one episodes which I haven't seen yet of another show.

If the situations were reversed and Bosley had one episode and Gould had 11 years we'd be saying we like Gould better.

I agree totally - Tom did such a great job with that role its hard to imagine anyone else in it - even though I know Harold Gould would have done a good with it.
