We're going through the entire series, and are now almost done. We've seen two episodes where the 99-year lease is mentioned, but no episode that shows Fred actually giving Lucy and Ricky this lease. Yet we remember (or think we remember) seeing an episode with a scene like that before. Is there such an episode? If so, which season was it in?
