This is a thread dedicated to shows where the original, mythological St. Nick himself made an appearance. I'll start off.

1) Family Guy
2) American Dad
3) Stroker and Hoop
4) The Twilight Zone
5) Bewitched

not really a sitcom, but in the Doctor Who 2010 Christmas Special, the Doctor says he is a friend of Santa's, providing a photo of him and Santa at Frank Sinatra's hunting lodge in 1952.

OK, thanks. That explains it. I didn't watch the show as faithfully after Mike and Gloria left, and this was the final season of AITF before ABP took over.

I love that episode! It's unfortunate that it rarely airs.

Also, I seem to remember a "Jeffersons" episode featuring the "real" Santa, but I can't recall the details of the episode. Anyone remember?

Well I don't know about the other shows but I have watched the twilight zone and yes it features Santa. It's cool and entertaining. I would like to watch some more episodes of this show.
when they made that revival of THE TWILIGHT ZONE in the 80s they re-made that segment.

... The Brady Bunch "The Voice of Christmas".

I think that was a department store Santa, if you're referring to the scene where Cindy sits on his lap and asks him to bring Carol's voice back.
