Unsolved Mysteries has solved nearly 300 cases (out of around 1200). There are between 230-260 one-hour episodes. The show has been responsible for over 100 reunions and approximately 47% of the fugitives profiled on the series since its premiere have been apprehended.

The below information comes from a press kit that was sent out in 1992 prior to the fifth season premiere. It may help confirm or correct some of the original airdates and repeat airings that are listed on the various online episode guides. Much of this information is probably already known, but there may be some additional details on how these cases were solved that didn't make the broadcast updates. There are also a few FBI Alerts and Bank Robber/Lost Love roll calls that have updates that may have never aired on NBC or Lifetime.

17. Red Lake Heir / Show #112 (Aired 1/18/89)
After the segment about Canadian prospector, Dan Willans, missing sinced 1936, and his unclaimed estate, New York resident Davey Willans called our 800 number and identified himself as a relative of Dan Willans. Although he must authenticate his claim for the Canadian government, Davey believes Dan Willans was his long lost relative who prospected in the Ontario bush.

I recently re-watched this segment and saw the update with the man thinking he and his family may be an heir to Dan Willans. No information or update was provided after that original update. A quick online search did not show any sort of update that would connect his family to Dan Willans either. It looks like this one is still unsolved.
