I watched Suzanne's guest appearance on Starsky & Hutch tonight. That was before Three's Company. She was so pretty then. Sometimes I think these celebrities try to stop the aging process and they only make it worse. Priscilla Presley is another one who hasn't aged well because of plastic surgery. I just don't get it. :ohno:

Suzanne looks horrible! Joyce and Priscilla look a lot better than Suzanne and I don't think they've had plastic surgery, I'm pretty sure Jenilee had work done.

Joyce had an eye lift between seasons 7 and 8 of TC. She doesn't look like she's had anything done since. Her smile still looks very natural.

Priscilla, I don't know. Her eyes are natural, but her smile looks funny. She may have had botox to fix her laugh lines. Then again, she always had quirky, elf-like features.

Neither of them have had the works like Somers.

What's wrong with these actresses,don't they realize they look terrible with all that plastic surgery.Even some young actresses in their 20s these days are doing it,and it seems it's mostly the American actresses that go for this nonsense.It's already enough the younger celebs cannot even act!

This plastic surgery insanity has got to stop. Face lifts have been around forever, true enough, but injecting poison into your face and such is just too much. I understand the pressure that Hollywood (and, if we're honest, the public) puts on celebrities to stay forever young and beautiful. And notice how quick some people are with the catty (and often stealth) comments when a female star appears on television or in a movie with grey hair or a few wrinkles or some actual meat on their bones (assuming they get hired at all, considering attitudes about age in the entertainment industry)? But there has got to be some kind of limit, a government-imposed one if necessary.

Suzanne actually looked great for her age for a long, long time, and seeing her do this to herself is just depressing.

She's obviously had, among other things, a chemical peel. I've never understood that. Yes, it get's rid of the wrinkles, but it leaves you with a skin texture reminiscent of the guy with the pigs from Hannibal.

I agree with you that the pictures at the top of this thread have possibly been manipulated to make her look bad. There are Suzanne Somers haters out there who would be motivated to do such a thing. I do agree she's overdoing it with the plastic surgery, but I don't think her skin is as bad as those photos make her appear. That in mind, she's still about to turn 65. Here are some other relatively recent photos of her, as well as an HSN clip from just two years ago, and she does not look like that way. Granted, good lighting can do wonders, but no amount of good lighting could hide the defects shown in the pictures at the top of this thread, which makes me think they're a bit fake.

It does seem like Suzanne has had a lot of surgery, and yes, that can often lead to a kind of plasticine look that isn't too appealing.

But I agree that these pictures may have been taken or altered for the purpose of further discrediting or embarrassing Somers. Many people, for whatever reason, seem to work backwards from the notion that everything she does and says is horrible, and are stuck in that loop. Just like David Cassidy. I'm not saying she hasn't done or said foolish or unattractive things, it just seems like there's a lot of 'piling on' when it comes to certain celebs.

i have never seen an older woman whose appearance was improved by radical plastic surgery. Do they not see how the people who had it before them have turned out before deciding to do this? It is so obvious.

Well, i don't really have a problem with what kind of (mutilation) ahem, plastic surgery people want to have, but i personally opt out for trout pout and apple cheeks. The BEST thing you can do for your face is not to smoke, drink or over expose to the sun. That's it. It's not brain surgery.

I believe those photos are likely real, let's Face the facts, Suzanne would love the outdoors and hanging out in the Sun, going to the Beach as much as possibly and is off fair skin. The Ozone layer today destroy skin like it has never done before, no cream is really going to protect skin aging. She also was a fitness junky, It might make you look healthy inside but it surely ages your skin looks when your full on. She is 65 nearly 70 so being not African or Southern European that can handle the sun more she going to age two to 3 times more. I always noticed pretty Blonde woman, fair skin women do really age more. They look great in their 20s but start to age in their 30s more.
