Yes I remember all of those specials. Of course I own the Peanuts 1960's collection on DVD so I've seen all those specials fairly recently.

It's The Easter Beagle Charlie Brown, Charlie Brown Valentine special.

There was also "it Was a Short Summer, Charlie Brown", that took place at summer camp.
