24 Classic Episodes to Air on New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day



NEW YORK, December 20, 2010 -- From the Gotham Bus Company depot to the Raccoon Lodge, PIX11 is NY’s home for The Honeymooners with New Yorkers ringing in the New Year with Ralphie Boy on PIX11 since 1996, when the Honeymooners Marathon (which began airing on the station in 1976) moved to New Year’s Eve. This year, the marathon of 24 classic episodes begins Friday, December 31st at midnight and runs through 7am (with a break for PIX11’s Saturday morning children’s programming) returning 1pm – 6 pm on New Year’s Day.

The 12-hours of hamana-hamana-hamana hijinks of our favorite Brooklyn residents Ralph Kramden (Jackie Gleason), Ed Norton (Art Carney), Alice Kramden (Audrey Meadows) and Trixie Norton (Joyce Randolph) will include the following episodes:
