Where Diedre,George and Steve's sister ,was actually NICE to Hazel,(no,not when she wanted something) or ever say to her,sincerely,(again,not when she wanted something)something like,smiling,"You know ,Hazel,I've misjudged you.You're not so bad after all!!!"?,because usually she was always so uppity and not very nice towards Hazel.

Actually, Cathy Lewis did a great job in that role as I've seen her act in other shows and she is nothing like Dierdre.

she was nice to Hazel at the end of the season one episode where Dierdre's daughter was dating one of Hazel's friends.

I remember that black and white episode as well. And how about the color episodes?

Season 2,Episode 23 airdate 28 Feb 63...I've Been Singing all My Life......Hazel sells an entire book of tickets for Diedre's snooty children s hospital benefit show. Diedre tries her best to keep Hazel from performing in the show.....At the end she offers a sincere apology to Hazel and lets her sing.
