Larry Hagman to Guest-Star on "Desperate Housewives"

Larry Hagman is going from Southfork Ranch to Wisteria Lane.
The "Dallas" star and erstwhile J.R. Ewing will appear on "Desperate Housewives" later this season, he tells The Hollywood Reporter.
Hagman will play the love interest of Lynette's mother, Stella Wingfield (Polly Bergen), and will start shooting next week.
Having never seen the show, the 79-year-old says he has been catching up on Hulu.
"I can watch a hundred episodes on my iPad," he says. "I never watch television, so I better get started so I can see what the show's all about."
